Beverly Gayleen Keith

Jan 9, 1960 — Jun 18, 2026

Beverly Keith was welcomed into the gates of Heaven by her Heavenly Father on June 18, 2026, surrounded by the love and prayers of her family. She was 66 years old.

Beverly was born on January 9, 1960, in Marshall, Texas, to Rev. Dewey V. Lamb and Mary Lee Lamb. She grew up in a loving Christian home and graduated from Albany High School in 1978. Following graduation, she attended Howard Payne University, where she earned her associate degree.

On June 9, 1979, Beverly married the love of her life, Brett Keith, at First Baptist Church in Albany, Texas. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and service, sharing 47 years of marriage and raising four daughters.

Beverly dedicated 28 years of service to Keith Dukes Tax Service, where she was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and commitment to those she served.

A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Beverly was an active member of First Baptist Church of Comanche. Her passion for missions and ministry was evident through her faithful service in the church nursery, Vacation Bible School, teaching Girls in Action classes, and volunteering at GA camp. She loved sharing God's love with children and helping nurture their faith.

More than anything, Beverly cherished her family. She found great joy in being a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her love, encouragement, and unwavering faith left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Brett Keith; her daughters, Brittany Evans and husband Travis Blake Evans of Aledo, Texas, Kara Gordon and husband Seth Gordon of La Grange, Texas, Kendra Reyes and husband Nestor Reyes of Comanche, Texas, and Briona Alpuerto and husband Jacob Alpuerto of Crowley, Texas. She is also survived by her six beloved grandchildren: Bethany Keith, Bowen Evans, Micah Gordon, Emma Gordon, Kailanu Alpuerto, and Riven Alpuerto; her mother, Mary Lee Lamb; her sister, Karen Golden; her sister-in-law, Darla Richardson and husband Don Richardson; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Dewey V. Lamb; her grandparents; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ann and Connie Keith; and two of her babies whom she now joyfully holds again in Heaven.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Comanche Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Comanche, with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Though our hearts grieve her absence, we rejoice in the assurance that Beverly's faith has become sight and that she now rests in the presence of her Savior. Her legacy of faith, love, service, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the lives she touched.
