David Gray Lancaster

David Gray Lancaster, of Comanche, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026, at the age of 84.

David was born on January 7, 1942. He spent his life rooted in family, love, and simple joys. On June 15, 1963, he married the love of his life, Patsy Sue Little. Together, they built a life centered on devotion, raising four children and creating a legacy that will carry on for generations.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patsy Sue Little Lancaster.

He is lovingly remembered by his children: Randy, Latresa, Kelvin, and Willie. David's greatest pride and joy was his growing family, including his 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, who were truly the center of his world. He was lovingly known as "Pepa" to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a name that reflects the deep love and special bond they shared.

David had a deep passion for fishing, finding peace and happiness out on the water. More than anything, he cherished time spent with his family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

He will be remembered for his love, his steady presence, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him. His legacy lives on through the family he adored and the lives he touched.
