Martha Kolb

Martha Ann Kolb, passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 80 in Comanche, Texas.

Born on October 11, 1944, in Eastland County, Texas, Martha was the daughter of Carlton and Bennie Brooks. She was united in marriage to Charles Kolb on January 28, 1961.

Martha spent 35 years as a 911 Dispatch Operator in Comanche, Texas. She had a knack for crocheting and was an animal lover at heart. Martha was known for her cooking skills, often insisting on having the kitchen all to herself while she whipped up delicious meals. A true family woman, she cherished her time with her kids and grandkids, and she could throw the best Christmas parties around. Whenever she could, she loved going on vacations and exploring new places.

Martha leaves behind her son, Charles Kolb and wife Janice; daughter, Martha Williams; son, Terry Kolb; son, Glenn Kolb; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will carry on her spirit and love.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kolb; parents, Carlton and Bennie; her infant brother; granddaughter, Jessica Renee; and great-grandson, Jayden Levi Saxon.
