Sylvia Josephine Dugas, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, July 05, 2011, in Odessa, Texas. She was born on March 17, 1921, in Orchard, Texas, to Ignacious Tratzek and Frances (Pavolaskie) Tratzek. Sylvia was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Church. She is survived by three daughters, Janet Hayes and husband Richard of Comanche, Jane Jones and husband Devane of Odessa, and Dottie Oliver and husband Joe of Salado; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Sophie Barnes of Bandera.
