Vicky Damron

Vicky Lee Damron, age 71, of Comanche, Texas, passed away on August 28, 2025. She was born on September 3, 1953, in Rockport, Texas, to Ernest Herman and Evelyn Lee (Crews) Face. She married her beloved husband, Earnest Damron, on December 1, 2017, in Bedford, Texas.

Vicky was a loving soul who found joy in every adventure life had to offer. Vicky had a heart full of love for her family, her grandkids, and her beloved puppies. She enjoyed camping on her RV, cruising, beach days, and all things water-related. She had a special knack for caring for children and found great joy in painting figurines and collecting dolls. Her career at Gulf States was a highlight of her life, but it was her family and friends who truly knew her spirit.

She is survived by her husband, Earnest Damron; daughter, Jennifer & Keith Woosley; son, Jason & Heidi Brown; grandchildren, Logan, Levi, Lucas, Dallas, Libby, Rachel, Lindsey, Kara, and Neil; brothers, Monte Face and Michael Face; stepdaughters, Martha Payne and Virginia Speer.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ernest Herman and Evelyn Lee Face; and numerous friends and family.
